Meet Kaitlin Powell

Kaitlin Powell is a licensed REALTOR® with Better Homes and Gardens | 43° North in Idaho

A 4th Generation Realtor®, Kaitlin has been involved in real estate most of her life. She started tagging along on showings, inspections and Open Houses when she was in junior high before moving on to being a Transaction Coordinator for the team during her college years.

Kaitlin earned her degree in Marketing Management from California State Polytechnic University (Cal Poly) Pomona. She was a full-time student athlete playing intercollegiate volleyball throughout her college years. Her team at Cal Poly was nationally ranked in the Top 25 twice during her time there and attended the NCAA Regional Tournament in 2018. 

In addition to her work with The Powell Group, Kaitlin worked in the lending industry after college as a loan processor as well as Executive Assistant and Transaction Coordinator for a real estate team in the Boise area before getting licensed and returning to the fold with The Powell Group. Along with being a full-time REALTOR®, she specializes in content creation, video production, and editing for the Powell Fine Homes Group.
